I placed an order for a 7mm silver 18inch chain for my son on 9th November. It said it was with hermes courier but never arrived contacted yourselves and was told it would be resent by different courier. It has been nearly a month, I have since purchased another necklace and ask that the money is reimbursed through PayPal.
