I love the product! Came as pictured.
The bracelet is beautiful. It was a birthday gift for my husband and he loved it. Shipping to the US was slower than advertised. I understand it’s a busy shopping/shipping season so I anticipated some delays. However, My order was placed 12/6 and tracking showed it shipped 12/7. It didn’t begin actually tracking until 12/17. The following update was on 12/24 and then it was finally delivered 12/26. I paid a little extra for expedited service so this was very disappointing. I reached out to customer service and their response on 12/17 stated my order would arrive the following day. It didn’t.
Despite the shipping challenges, I think the company sells nice pieces at affordable prices. I would consider ordering again keeping the shipping times in mind. Can’t comment on the longevity of the bracelet’s finish yet but I appreciate the lifetime warranty. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use it.
Very pretty, but a 2 mm would have been nicer (gift for my boyfriend)
Chain looks good only complaint is that I paid extra for express shipping and didn’t get here on time
