Alfred & Co. Jewellery are passionate about sterling silver jewellery and for this reason we will only supply the highest quality jewellery pieces to our valued customers.<\/p>\n

All sterling silver which is supplied by Alfred & Co. Jewellery and weighs over the required limit of 7.8grams, is hallmarked by the Goldsmith’s Assay Office in London. This assures the authenticity of our silver and provides the necessary reassurance to our customers that the silver is 925 sterling silver<\/a>. In fact, the vast majority of our jewellery far exceeds the 925 jewellery standard.<\/p>\n

Alfred & Co. Jewellery Hallmark Stamp<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before supplying any of our sterling silver jewellery which weighs over 7.8grams to our valued customers, we have each individual piece assessed to ensure they meet the rigorous standards of the assay office. Once the assay office has assessed the jewellery piece they will then stamp our jewellery with our Alfred & Co. Jewellery stamp which has the following symbols when seen close up: –<\/p>\n

Please note that our Hallmark stamp is purposefully extremely small which means you have to really study the jewellery piece to see this – this is intentional as it ensures that there is no impact to the quality and look of the jewellery piece itself.<\/p>\n
